How to use

  1. Enter your budget limit.
  2. Enter the price (per unit) and quantity of each item; use “Add item” for more rows.
  3. The total, money left and share of the budget used appear. From 90% you get a caution; over the limit, the overspend is shown.

FAQ

When do the warnings appear?

At 90% of the budget or more you see “almost at the limit”, at exactly 100% that the budget is used up, and above it the amount you are over. Warnings are written out, not shown by colour alone.

What about items without a price yet?

Enter just the name: the item is left out of the total and counted as “no price yet”.

Notes & limitations

  • What you enter is processed only on this page and is not sent to YUCTS servers.
  • Tax, shipping and discounts are not added automatically; include them in the prices if needed.
  • Each line is rounded to the chosen decimal places before adding up, so the cents may differ from a store’s receipt.
  • Your entries are saved only in this browser and are lost if you clear its data.
