Rotate and Flip Images (90°, 180°, mirror)

Rotate images by 90°, 180° or 270° and flip them horizontally or vertically, with a live preview before saving. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

  • Runs in your browser (no upload)

Up to 40 MB per file

How to use

  1. Choose or drag and drop an image.
  2. Change the orientation with buttons such as "Rotate 90° right" or "Flip horizontally". They can be combined, and the preview shows the result.
  3. Choose a format and press "Download image".

FAQ

Does the quality drop?

Not when saving as PNG. JPEG and WebP are encoded again, so they lose a little quality depending on the quality setting.

My phone photo appears sideways.

The orientation stored in the photo (EXIF) is applied when loading. If it still looks wrong, fix it with the rotate buttons before saving.

Is my image uploaded?

No. Loading, rotating and saving all happen in your browser.

Notes & limitations

  • What you enter is processed only on this page and is not sent to YUCTS servers.
  • One image at a time.
  • Images above 16 megapixels are scaled down to fit browser limits before processing.
  • JPEG and WebP are re-encoded when saved, so rotation is not completely lossless. HEIC/HEIF cannot be opened, and animated GIFs keep only the first frame.
  • Saved images contain no metadata such as EXIF (date taken, camera details or location).
