FAQ
How is "needed per day" calculated?
The remaining amount divided by the days from today to the deadline, counting both today and the deadline. It is rounded up to two decimals so that doing that much every day always reaches the goal.
What does ahead or behind compare against?
It compares what you have done with what an even pace from the start date to the deadline would have completed by the end of today.
Where is my data stored?
Only in this browser on this device (IndexedDB); nothing is sent to a server. To use another device, export JSON and import it there.
Notes & limitations
- What you enter is processed only on this page and is not sent to YUCTS servers.
- "Today" comes from this device’s clock and time zone; a wrong device date gives wrong results.
- The projected finish date simply assumes your average so far continues.
- Amounts can have up to two decimals; up to 1,000 log entries and plans of up to 3,660 days are supported.
