How to use
- Enter your name, company, department and title, phone, e-mail, website and social links (only the name is required).
- Choose the vCard format (3.0 is usual) and a card design.
- Download the card image, the vCard (.vcf) or the QR code. Scanning the QR code with a phone adds the contact.
FAQ
Is my personal information sent anywhere?
No. The vCard, QR code and image are all created in your browser and nothing is stored or sent.
Should I choose vCard 3.0 or 4.0?
Most phone cameras and contact apps read 3.0 reliably. 4.0 is the newer standard (RFC 6350) and writes phone numbers as tel: URIs.
Can my company name contain commas or semicolons?
Yes. Backslashes, commas, semicolons and line breaks are escaped as the RFCs require, so names like "ACME, Inc." import correctly.
Notes & limitations
- What you enter is processed only on this page and is not sent to YUCTS servers.
- Many fields make the QR code dense and harder to scan from the card image; remove fields or use the separate QR code PNG.
- Social links are saved as URLs; some apps do not show their labels.
- Photos and postal addresses are not included, and only one phone number is supported.
- How the contact looks after scanning depends on the contacts app of each phone.
