Import a list
You can copy two columns, name and note, from a spreadsheet and paste them here.
Column 1 is the name and column 2 the note. A CSV exported by this tool also restores check-in status and times.
Export and data
Exports the whole list with check-in status and time (ISO 8601 in this device’s time zone).
Your entries are saved in this browser on this device.
How to use
- Add names (with optional notes), paste them from a spreadsheet or import a CSV file.
- Tick a person when they arrive to record the time. Use search or "Not checked in only" to find people fast.
- Export a CSV when you are done. If several devices checked people in, compare their CSV files.
FAQ
Can other staff see my check-ins on their devices?
No. The list and check-ins are stored only in this browser on this device (IndexedDB). Nothing is sent to a server or synced to other devices. With several desks, export a CSV from each device afterwards and compare them.
Is the list kept when I close the page?
Yes, as long as you reopen it in the same browser on the same device. Clearing browser data or private browsing removes it, so also keep a CSV of important lists.
What format are the check-in times in the CSV?
ISO 8601 with this device’s time-zone offset, for example 2026-11-06T14:03:05+09:00. Importing the file back into this tool restores the check-in status and times.
Notes & limitations
- What you enter is processed only on this page and is not sent to YUCTS servers.
- The list exists only in this browser on this device. There is no syncing, shared editing or real-time sharing between devices.
- If you use the list in several tabs at once on the same device, the tab that saves last overwrites the others. Check people in from one tab.
- Up to 5,000 people, 100 characters per name, 200 per note, and CSV files up to 2 MB.
- Search ignores width and letter case (and Japanese kana type) but cannot match different spellings or readings of a name.
