FAQ

Is my audio uploaded?

No. Loading, waveform drawing, trimming and WAV creation all happen in your browser.

Why is the result a WAV file?

WAV (16-bit PCM) plays on almost every device and app and is not re-compressed, so there is no extra quality loss. The file is larger than an MP3.

Does the sample rate change?

When the original sample rate can be read from the file, it is kept. Other formats are saved at 48 kHz.
